Amazing Human Gesture from Arab Young Man Touches Heart of Brazil’s Coach

An Arab youth adorned with the Palestinian flag has earned people’s praise and admiration of the Brazilian national team coach Tite, after helping carry the coach’s grandson for a long distance between Lusail Stadium and the metro station.

This young man, later identified as Husam Saffarini, from Palestine, living in Qatar, saw two women carrying two children on their way back from the stadium, moving along the subway, so he offered them help.

He did not know that the child he was carrying was named “Luca”, the 5-year-old eldest son of Matthew Bacchi, the son of Brazil coach Tite.

Finally meeting him, Tite thanked Saffarini and gave him the Samba shirt.

Islam instructs people to show mercy to mankind, especially the young and the old.

Abdullāh ibn Amr ibn al-ās (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: “He does not belong to us who does not show mercy to our young and honor our old.” Sahih/Authentic. – [At-Tirmidhi]
