Help Me Deal with My Inappropriate Thoughts!

26 March, 2018
Q For the past few weeks, I've been having inappropriate thoughts about family, but it wasn't too bad until about a week ago. For a week, I've been getting sexually abusive thoughts about children, family, and the same sex. It's like I can physically feel myself forcing myself to think these thoughts. If I try to repel them away, they get worse and I get extreme anxiety. It's gotten to the point where I sit in the class and have a lot of anxiety and can't focus. I don't want professional help from medicine or therapist because I believe Islam has the cure for everything. What do you think I should do. Please help me. Thank you.
