LONDON – A video of a British young toddler, seen copying his Muslim teachers prayers, has gone viral.
“My brother has been doing this thing where he pulls a mat out of his diaper bag and lays on it like this and we couldn’t figure out what he was doing,” Twitter user Kylia Merrell wrote, Asian Image reported.
Kylia said her family soon realized that he was copying the Muslim teachers who work at the daycare center he goes, as he observes them praying and “now he does it too.”
“A few of his teachers at daycare are Muslim and we realized he’s seen them pray and now he does it too so precious”

i love how you didn’t flip out and swear up and down that the place was “indoctrinating” your baby like a lot of parents do. shows a lot of maturity and wisdom. the muslim community praises you

I really appreciated how you chose to see this as more of a positive thing rather than a negative like most parents would have. The fact that your so open minded and accepting of other beliefs is amazing tbh🌷

Muslims pray five times a day, with each prayer made of a series of postures and movements, each set of which is called a rak‘ah.
The five prayer times are divided all through the day which starts with Fajr prayer at dawn.
