This “Wall of Kindness” Is A Great Idea to Help Those in Need

Around 70% of Lebanon’s refugee population lives beneath the poverty line.

A group of anonymous volunteers in Beirut have come together to help the city, including refugees, by building “walls of kindness” – public spaces filled with donations for the taking.

People leave clothes and items they don’t need and anyone is welcome to take what they need.

Children working in the streets also benefit from the initiative, many of whom are Syrian refugees.
