Muslim Footballers Share Ramadan Wishes

LONDON – A host of global Muslim stars are revelling in the celebratory mood as Muslims mark the start of the holy fasting month of Ramadan, sharing good wishes with their fans worldwide.

“Ramadan Mubarak! Bon ramadan à tous! Have a blessed Ramadan!” Bayern Munchen player Frank Ribery wrote on Twitter.

Liverpool’s superstar Mohamed Salah also wrote a message in Arabic to welcome the holy month and share well wishes.

CSKA Moscow Nigerian striker Ahmed Musa also shared Ramadan wishes with Muslims worldwide, donating bags of rice to the needy.
