Trapped under the rubble of their home for more than ten hours, a Kurdish family was filmed showing concerns about other, even during what seemed to be the last moments in their lives.
They were much concerned about the money they had collected for the orphans and the needy.

Seeking to give money to those who deserve it, Fatma Adil and her family filmed video messages expressing their concern for others, and urging people to give the money to the orphans while being trapped under the collapsed concrete, Aljazeera reported.
“If we die and this phone is found, please help me fulfill my promises to people. Please give Mustafa 2,500 liras and give Ahmed’s children, the orphans, 5000 liras,” Fatma said in the video.
“Please pay it to them on my behalf.”
The family had collected charity donations and were worried the money wouldn’t make it to the needy. Thankfully, Fatma, her husband and children, except one, were pulled out alive.
Asked why their video message was all about giving money to people, Fatma said, “Because the money was for the orphans. Please trusted me with their money.”
A 7.8-magnitude earthquake hit Turkiye and Syria last February 6. So far, it has claimed more than 50,000 lives.
