She grew up in New Zealand and grew up as a Christian. However, she got into a group of bad friends so her family moved to Australia.
When she left high school she moved away to go to university. One of her house mates was a Muslim and one of the most open minded person she had ever met.
She was always sceptical about religions but she felt she connected right away with Islam! At 19 she knew she wanted to convert to Islam!
