My Marriage Is Collapsing, Please Help!

06 November, 2024
Q I would like to know how I can deal with a disturbed marriage because my mother-in-law seems to always invade my privacy with my husband and doesn't want to stand her boundaries. While I had always tried to respect her as we live in the same house.

Answer

Mothers have a highly honored space in their son’s life. And marriage is a sacred bond between husband and wife.

What can you do if you wish for more privacy in your marriage?

Speak with your husband and share your concern.

Make sure of good timing, as it is essential for a successful conversation, especially when it is about her mother.

It is your husband who has to speak with her mother. Why?
