The Diet of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Our Prophet (pbuh) lead a very simple life. He lived by the principle of “less is more”. 


He would not rush his meals. He (pbuh) taught us to divide our meals into thirds. A third for food, a third for drink and a third to be left for air.
