Mosques come in all shapes and sizes; they differ from region to region based on the density of the Muslim population in a certain area. There are never any images of life or statues in mosques.
In an ongoing effort to dispel misconceptions about Islam, this video present the experience of the Islamic Institute of Orange County to introduce visitors to their mosque.
Visitors included students, senior citizens and people of different faiths who wanted to meet a Muslim and get to know what Muslims do in a mosque, how they worship God, and other aspects about Islam to answer their questions and clear misconceptions.
