This is a powerful speech given to Muslims on how they should treat new Muslims. New Muslims do not want to hear brothers or sisters disrespecting them because they have not yet wore the hijab or a brother has not yet grown a beard. It comes with time and when Muslims criticize new Muslims for the things they are NOT doing, they are going to put them off Islam entirely.
