Laura reverted to Islam in Feb 2007. It was not an over night decision. She took some classes at University in Arabic and Middle Eastern studies. She went to Egypt with some students and was talking to a convert girl who told her if you already believe that there in one God and Muhammad (PBUH) is the messenger, then you are already Muslim! She has one major challenge, which is telling her family.
