“And indeed you should lay your trust and reliance totally and wholly upon Allah if you are a true believer.” When you came to this earth, your own parents had to rely on Allah, if they didn’t they would struggle with anxiety and depression. 

We don’t need to add worries that don’t exist. This adds pressure to our system, brain and heart. We rely upon Allah and He will definitely take care of us. If Allah can take care of the smallest of creatures then Allah can definitely take care of us. 

Allah has guaranteed that He will provide for everything on this Earth and that everything includes us.
