Ulema said the first 10 days of the month of Dhul Hijjah are better than the days of Ramadan. The only difference is that the last 10 days of Ramadan have laylatuul Qadr. We cannot approach these days without a plan. 

Oh Allah if you keep us alive to see these days we will implement these.

Do not leave these 10 days the same way you entered them. Whatever you are doing, make taubah and do the actions that Allah loves. Allah loves the ones who constantly repent.
