Assalamu alaikum I would be grateful if you would clear my confusion. As far I know in case of urine of female children, one needs to wash the cloths but in case of urine of male children, one needs to pour water on the affected place only. This ruling means female children are dirtier than male children?

Wa `alaykum As-Salamu wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

This was the opinion of Imam Ash-Shafi`i based on his understanding of some hadiths.

However, other scholars have said that the urine of both is equally impure and both must be washed properly.

That is the opinion that I follow and I advise you to follow as well. This opinion also resolves the issue of thinking that male and female children have different levels of dirtiness.
