Assalamu alaikum, is it enough that the length of khimar which is head covering cloth wearing on main loose dress, apron etc should be such that, it will cover head,neck,chest,shoulder, arm upto elbow? If forearms up to wrist are not under khimar is it ok? Please note that forearms & other necessary body parts except hands are already covered by main loose dress. I’m emphasizing that my question about length of khimar or head covering.

If the forearms are not under the khimar cloth, that is fine, as long as they are covered with other loose clothing.

The purpose of covering was to make sure the clothing is loose and covered, and it is not significant which pieces of cloth on the body are resulting in that concealment.
