You are mistaken in taking the statements in regard to the realities of the Hereafter literally. As the Prophet (peace be upon him) has told us, “there is nothing in the next world of this world except names”; in other words, experience of paradise transcends our experience of the world of senses we are used to. Human language is incapable of articulating the experience that transcends the world of senses. Hence the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: ‘in the paradise there awaits us experiences like of which no eyes have seen, no ears have heard about and  no mind could ever conceive.”

 

So rest assured that the above applies to both males and females, for Allah says “And [as for all such believers,] no human being can imagine what blissful delights, as yet hidden, await them [in the life to come] as a reward for all that they did.” (As-Sajdah 32: 17)
