Islam teaches us to seek treatments when we face medical challenges, which include physical and mental problems. Schizophrenia is an issue which requires professional advice and treatment.
Therefore, I would urge not to hesitate in getting professional help. Speak to your family doctor; Insha Allah, he or she will be able to refer you to a specialist.
