Wa `alaykum as-salamu wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh
If you did transliterate the report given to you in your test, you are not incurring any sin as long as you are not passing it on as a valid piece of information or helping to circulate it.
According to the principles of Islam, a person quoting an infidel without endorsing it is not considered guilty of disbelief. Furthermore, it is also an agreed rule that we are not accountable for actions that are done behind our back without our knowledge or awareness of it.
Anyhow, you should make istighfar and ask forgiveness of Allah saying: Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or err unwilfully.
Constancy in istighfaar would also act as a means of redemption and expiation.
Allah Almighty knows best.
