There is nothing wrong with reading the Qur’an from your device or phone. In this case, such devices are comparable to a library. You have different books in your library; you pick one to read. So, there is nothing wrong for you to select the Qur’an from the books or materials stored on your device.

 

However, while saying this, let me rush to add: While reading the Qur’an you should observe the essential etiquettes.
