Wa `alaykum As-Salamu wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh

 

Your marriage is valid though it did not include a wali, because  it has been authenticated by a legal judge. According to Shafi’i, Malik and Ahmad, when a contract of marriage is concluded without having a wali, it is invalid except when it is authenticated by a judge or a ruler.

 

According to Abu Ḥanifa having a wali is not a condition in the contract of marriage. I think it is preferable you refer to authorities and make your marriage again with a wali.
