JOB

Wa `alaykum as-Salamu wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

Hijab is an individual duty upon the adult Muslim woman. God the Almighty says, “And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests.” [Al-Nur: 31].

Aishah [may Allah be pleased with her] reported that when Asmaa the daughter of Abu Bakr approached the Prophet [peace and blessings be upon him] wearing transparent clothes, he turned away from her and said, ‘O, Asmaa! When a woman reaches the age of menstruation, nothing should be seen of her body except this and this,’ and he pointed to his face and hands” (Abu Dawud, Al-Bayhaqi, and Al-Tabarani)

I recommend you to search again and seek Allah’s help to support you and strengthen your faith. If it is almost impossible to find work and this will ultimately lead to a severe problem in finding a way of getting your daily expenses, in this case you can remove your hijab partially as much it is possible and only at times of work.

You must then wear decent clothes which cover the whole body.

Once you find another job which respects your religious choice, you have to put on your hijab and move to this job.

On the long run, you must seek a job in another country which may respect practicing your religion. May Allah make things easy for you.

Almighty Allah knows best.
