I am not sure how this meditation is going to help you raise your height. If it does, you may practice it, as long such meditation does not entail any pagan rituals or mantras.

Since I am not sure of its efficacy, I would urge you to consult a counselor who might help you build confidence.

Islam means to surrender to the will of Allah, which means, in our case, to accept the inevitable or stated differently that which we have no control over.

You should know that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, so it is wrong on your part that you look ugly because of your height.

The belief in Qada and Qadr is one of the basic Islamic tenets, which we must accept without questioning as Muslims. This doctrine means that all of our life is under the control of Allah; and while He has given us a choice in some areas, we have no choice in others.

So, it behooves you as a believer to accept that part of life over which you have no control and believe that Allah is All-Wise and He only does what is right for His servant.

I pray to Allah to give you confidence and inspire you to accept Allah’s will and move on with your life instead of dwelling on matters you cannot change.

Almighty Allah knows best.
