Using Art As Therapy and a Stress Reliever

An Excuse to Ditch the Technology

Using art as therapy and a stress reliever are not the only reasons colouring books are so popular nowadays.

Colouring is also a great excuse to ditch technology and do something tactile.

Whether for business or personal use, it has become very difficult to “disconnect.”

Even avid readers have switched over to Kindles and tablets to consume books, magazines, and newspapers.

And remember you don’t have to be an artist to produce a masterpiece.
