If this travel is for an urgent matter such as family bonding or work etc. but if not you may reconsider. Especially, if you or your close ones are high risk.
However, if you do travel preferably do so in a private vehicle as crowded planes, buses, etc have a higher risk of being contagious.
Wear a mask if with foreign people and sanitize any surfaces. Have a sanitizer at hand.
Foremost, pray istikhara before you travel and if it is khayr for you it will be eased in shaa Allah.
