Answer
Short Answer: Probably women in general might not enjoy 72 males in Paradise. We must realize that the likes of men versus women are quite different. Men generally desire women, while women are far more diverse in their desires.Women’s nature is to have only one husband so the women in Paradise will not wish for multiple husbands and they will not be jealous to complain about their husbands having more than one wife. Assuming otherwise is belittling Allah’s justice. As Muslims, we accept the reward that Allah will grant us in Paradise; we will be glad to have made it. Those who don’t work for the Paradise in this world will always complain and belittle what Allah will grant believers.

Salam (Peace) Dodger,
Thank you for contacting About Islam with your question.
Probably women in general might not enjoy 72 males in Paradise. We must realize that the likes of men versus women are quite different.
Men generally desire women, while women are far more diverse in their desires.
The reward of 72 hoors (pure females created for the dwellers of Paradise) is related in the prophetic tradition narrated Al-Miqdam bin Ma’diykarib that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
There are six things with Allah for the martyr. He is forgiven with the first flow of blood (he suffers), he is shown his place in Paradise, he is protected from punishment in the grave, secured from the greatest terror, the crown of dignity is placed upon his head – and its gems are better than the world and what is in it – he is married to seventy two wives along Al-Huril-‘Ayn of Paradise, and he may intercede for seventy of his close relatives. (At-Tirmidhi – Hasan)
The gold, silver, silk, servants, rivers of milk and wine, and a throne to sit on are for both men and women. Women will be with their husbands, and if not married, they will be married in Paradise.
So, Paradise is a dwelling of continuous pleasure for both men and women:
{So their Lord accepted of them (their supplication and answered them), “Never will I allow to be lost the work of any of you, be it male or female. You are (members) one of another, so those who emigrated and were driven out from their homes, and suffered harm in My Cause, and who fought, and were killed (in My Cause), verily, I will expiate from them their evil deeds and admit them into gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise); a reward from Allah, and with Allah is the best of rewards.} (Quran 3:195)
To make us eager to enter the Paradise, Allah mentions what men in general desire most, which is women, while He mentions jewelry and finest garments, which is what women in general desire most.
The most pleasurable thing that dwellers of Paradise, both men and women will receive is looking at Allah, the Exalted.
Also every time a couple looks at each other, they will say to each other that you have increased in beauty; so we may add continuous beauty to our list.
These are only examples to draw us closer to Allah so we may earn His pleasure and be admitted in His Paradise.
Allah mentions:
{Lo! as for those who believe and do good works – Lo! We suffer not the reward of one whose work is goodly to be lost. As for such, theirs will be Gardens of Eden, wherein rivers flow beneath them; therein they will be given armlets of gold and will wear green robes of finest silk and gold embroidery, reclining upon throne therein. Blest the reward, and fair the resting-place!} (Quran 15:30-31)
We must understand that some women may get more rewards than some men because Paradise has many levels, each depending on the deeds of its inhabitants:
Aisha reported that Allah’s Messenger (may peace he upon him) gave glad tidings to Khadija bint Khuwailid of a palace of pearls in Paradise. (Muslim)
Allah Almighty promises:
{Therein abiding, they have all that they desire. It is for your Lord a promise that must be fulfilled.} (Quran 25:16)
Allah, the most Generous, will make everyone who enters the Paradise extremely satisfied, so that they will never complain or desire anything more. Therefore, everyone’s wish is granted:
{You see the wrong-doers fearful of that which they have earned, and it will surely befall them, while those who believe and do good works (will be) in flowering meadows of the Gardens, having what they wish from their Lord. This is the great preferment.} (Quran 42:22)
And in another verse:
{Say: Is that (doom) better or the Garden of Immortality which is promised unto those who ward off (evil)? It will be their reward and journey’s end. Therein abiding, they have all that they desire. It is for thy Lord a promise that must be fulfilled.} (Quran 25:15-16)
Matters related to Paradise are from the unseen and it is only Allah who knows. However, Allah tells us:
{In the case of those who say, “Our Lord is Allah”, and, further, stand straight and steadfast, the angels descend on them (from time to time): “Fear you not!” (they suggest), “Nor grieve! but receive the Glad Tidings of the Garden (of Bliss), the which you were promised!
We are your protectors in this life and in the Hereafter: therein shall you have all that your souls shall desire; therein shall you have all that you ask for!} (Quran 41:30-31)
And:
{To them will be passed round, dishes and goblets of gold: there will be there all that the souls could desire, all that their eyes could delight in: and you shall abide therein forever.} (Quran 43:71)
What is the extent of what we will desire in Paradise? Only Allah knows.
When we enter the Paradise, we will have a completely different outlook and we will not be thinking the way we are thinking in this world. We will be different beings physically and mentally, but with the same soul that we had in this world.
Therefore, this notion about women’s rights in Paradise doesn’t exist because Allah is the most just.
Women’s nature is to have only one husband so the women in Paradise will not wish for multiple husbands and they will not be jealous to complain about their husbands having more than one wife. Assuming otherwise is belittling Allah’s justice.
As Muslims, we accept the reward that Allah will grant us in Paradise; we will be glad to have made it. Those who don’t work for the Paradise in this world will always complain and belittle what Allah will grant believers.
I hope this helps answer your question.
