All praise is due to Allah. Peace and blessings be upon His Messenger Muhammad.
This is not the proper way to respect the Mushaf, plus this is not the proper way to seek cure in it. The practice of the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to read verses of the Quran or to make Duaa either from the person himself or any other family member or friend.
It is not the papers in the Mushaf that bring cure Shifa rather it is the recitation as an act of worship of verses and duaa.
