Allah is the Planner indeed for everything in this world but it is not disconnected from means and reasons for things to happen.

God’s plan is unknown to us; He the Almighty did not share it with us. He the Almighty wanted us to focus on that which is available for us to know; means and reasons.

For example, God decreed that someone will pass an exam in school, but if that person did not study, it will not happen.

So, you should focus on your part in means and reasons and trust God for the outcome.
