Mufti Abdur-Rahman ibn Yusuf explains the hadith “He among you who sees a wrongdoing should rectify it with his hands; if he is unable to do this then by speech; and if he is unable to do [either] then with his heart, and that is the weakest degree of faith (Muslim, Tirmidhī).
