In this clip Mufti Abdur-Rahman ibn Yusuf discusses this hadith: “Whoever visits a fortune-teller and asks him about something, his prayer will not be accepted for forty nights.” (Muslim) The Prophet stressed on the importance of not believing anyone who claims to know the future other than Allah. Only Allah knows what will happen to us in the future.
