As for your husband, if he has to ejaculate, he has to avoid this in the daytime of Ramadan for this invalidates his fasting. If it is a case of necessity and there is no way to avoid it, then he has to make that day up after Ramadan.

As for you, artificial insemination does not invalidate your fasting; for science has proved that the uterus is isolated from the digestive tract. But still it is better if you can avoid it during the daytime of Ramadan.
