First of all, we commend you for your earnest desire to learn and practice your religion. We pray to Allah to bless you to remain steadfast in His faith while facing the various trials that come your way.
Islam is the religion of easiness. Allah never intends to place any hardship on anyone; rather, Allah loves to see His concessions observed as His strict commands obeyed.
Responding to the question, Dr. `Abdul-Fattah `Ashoor, professor of Exegesis of the Qur’an at Al-Azhar University, states the following:
A Muslim woman is exempted from prayer, fasting and circumambulating around the Ka`bah only if she experiences menstruation or post-natal bleeding. Other kinds of bleeding that might be caused as a result of operations do not prevent women from either prayer or fasting.
Therefore, operations that are carried out in the uterus and may result in bleeding do not prevent the woman from either prayer or fasting. Such operations resemble other normal operations that may cause bleeding in other body organs.
Now, you should strive hard to perform the acts of worship to the best of your abilities.
As for the place of the blood, you should wash it thoroughly while using water and sanitary towels to stem the blood.
Also, you should make your best to remove any bloodstains on your clothes that might remain after the blood discharge.
