When we are disappointed, how should we react? This is a forgotten sunnah! Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to say “praise be to Allah in every situation.”

We have to praise Allah even when we are disappointed? Why? Because we are recognizing that there must be some goodness in this sad situation. Nothing happens unless with Allah’s decree. 

We must remember that Allah knows what is best for us in all situations!
