The word “Bismillah” can easily solve this issue. In Islam we are supposed to face our difficulties with the help of Allah. 

In the battle of Uhud there were some companions who were protecting the Prophet (saw). He (saw) went to them and asked “Who will defend me?” One companion said “me” and went in front. He fought until he got killed. Another went in front and got killed. Eventually they all got killed. 

There was one companion left. Talha (ra) fought with the strength of 11 men. As he was fighting his finger got cut off. He made a groaning sound with the pain. The Prophet (saw) said to him “Had you said Bismillah  the angels would have raised you”. In this time of extreme need the Prophet (saw) still had time to remind others of Allah.
