Allah Almighty says in the Quran:

– “Allah intends ease for you, not hardship” (Al-Baqarah 2:185)

– “And it is Allah’s Will to lighten your burdens, for humankind was created weak.” (An-Nisaa’ 4:28)

– “Allah does not intend to make difficulty for you, but He intends to purify you and complete His favor upon you that you may be grateful.” (Al-Ma’idah 5:6)

– “He laid upon you no hardship in the religion” (Al-Hajj 22:78)

Islam is an easy and practical religion. This concept is expressed by the third Islamic legal maxim, “Hardship begets facility”.
