Three months ago, South African priest Richmond had a stunning dream in which he was asked to tell his congregation to become Muslims, and he did.

Bearing a Muslim name Ibrahim Richmond, he has now arrived in Saudi Arabia for hajj as a guest of the King Salman Ḥajj Program.

Another video, shared by Haramain Twitter account, showed him arriving in Makkah and performing the first rituals of hajj.

More than 2.5 million of pilgrims ascended Mount Arafat today in the climax of hajj.

Pilgrims then will descend by train back to Muzdalifah, halfway between Arafat and Mina, where they will take part in the symbolic stoning of the devil at Jamrat Al-Aqaba and spend the night.

On Wednesday, all pilgrims will head back to Mina, where they will sacrifice animals to mark the beginning of the four-day `Eid Al-Adha.
