“Drawing from AboutIslam’s extensive experience in supporting new Muslims, the focus of our team, which includes several reverts, is to ensure the app truly reflects the practical and spiritual needs of those starting their journey.”

The app’s Quran section allows users to read the Quran in Arabic and access English translations in its initial release. Future updates will introduce additional features, such as recitations and note-taking, enhancing the learning experience and making it more interactive.

The “Discover Islam” section offers foundational courses on Islamic principles, worship, and the life of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), providing a deep dive into the faith.

Another section, “Become a Muslim,” provides step-by-step guidance on how to take the Shahada and convert to Islam, with audio instructions and explanations. Additionally, the app provides practical advice on overcoming challenges faced by new Muslims and a comprehensive FAQ section addressing key topics such as faith, worship, social life, and interfaith issues.
