The convention is staged by Muslim Charities Forum (MCF), the national umbrella forum from British Muslim charities, MCF wrote on its website.
Inviting people to experience the ‘The Blessings of the Collective’, the event will bring together over 250 delegates from Muslim-led charities across the UK with the opportunity to network, learn, and share best practice.
“Join us to empower yourself to make a lasting impact and experience the Blessings of the Collective,” the website said.
“Together, we can amplify our collective voice, showcase our achievements, and create a strong united front for the British Muslim charity sector.”
The UK’s Muslim-led charity sector now comprises over 450 organizations working for social good, both domestically and internationally.
Charity is a central pillar in the Islamic faith and deeply entrenched into the Muslim way of life. Islamic Shari`ah encourages generosity and charity.
A February 2023 report by the London-based think tank, the Ayaan Institute, proved that British Muslims are among the most generous religious groups, giving at least £1bn a year to charity.
