What aspects of his demeanor might you notice if you spent time with him?

Everything about the Prophets (PBUH) body language was Prophetic. He was a shy person. The Prophet (PBUH) said modesty is an attribute of faith.

He was always smiling and causing others to smile. He would laugh and cause others to laugh. 

His laugh was modest, it was like a large smile, which showed his back teeth. He (PBUH) would also smile when Allah (swt) would give him good news.
