Many of us have lost loved ones and we are their only hope left to get rewards. This is a simple act to benefit deceased loved ones.

When someone dies, they usually leave people behind who can give sadaqah on their behalf, pray on their behalf and do other good deeds on their behalf.

We owe it to our late loved ones to do this for them. InshAllah, when we do if for our deceased loved ones then our children, family, friends will do it for us when we pass away.

There are multiple ways we can do good deeds for them. However, the most simple act we can do for them is recite surah Al-Ikhlas three times and dedicate it to your late loved one.

Most of the scholars agree that you can take the reward of your Quran reading and dedicate it to your late loved ones.
