There is a reason why we are told to pray 5 times a day. It is making us focus solely on Allah. It shifts our focus away from whatever else is going on in our lives.

No matter what your situation in life is, you still need to turn and pray. Do you know what that does? It means you are at work, you leave your work and you focus on Allah.

Allah is training us, through the prayer, to focus on Him. We should stop focusing on whatever we are doing in this world, and focus on Allah.
