When Jesus (PBUH) started preaching, he said Allah is my Lord and your Lord. He is my Creator and your Creator so worship Allah alone.
In Islam we do not worship a person, a stick or a stone. We do not worship a prophet and we do not worship a grave. We worship the One who made us.
All of the messengers came with this same message. The belief was all the same. Each messenger talked about worshipping Allah alone.
When we make sujood, some think we are worshipping the Kaaba. Some people think we worship Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The answer to this is very simple, we worship the One who made us.
In Islam we don’t need to confess to a priest. We confess to Allah and Allah alone. Islam is even straighter than a pin. We only need to worship Allah alone.
