The Prophet (PBUH) would clean his teeth and fix his appearance before coming home subhanAllah. The Prophet would greet Aisha (RA) with the best of manners and joke with her. When there were no jokes Aisha (RA) worried there was something wrong.
Don’t make yourself the one who never laughs or jokes with your family. Children will remember the laughs and jokes they have with their parents. The Prophet (PBUH) would walk into his house and the atmosphere changed to a one of joy and fun.
