For you my sisters and brothers, who are struggling today to find your place after becoming a Muslim.
For you who is trying to understand the meaning of the verses of the Quran.
For you who is having a hard time memorizing just one word of it.
For you who feel lonely and misunderstood.
For you who feel you have lost the connection with your Lord.
Refresh your heart; clear your mind even if it is just for 3 minutes.
Take this time on your own and listen with every fiber of your being.
May Allah Al-Hadi (The Guide) guide us, ameen.
Recitation of Surah 87 Al-A’la (The Most High) – Reciter: Fatih Seferagic
Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High,
Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it;
And Who destined and [then] guided
And Who brings out the pasture,
And then makes it dark stubble.
We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, except what Allah will want. He knows what is apparent and what is hidden.
And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds).
Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them).
The reminder will be received by who fears (Allah),
But it will be avoided by the wretched,
Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning,
Wherein he will neither die nor live.
Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success,
And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (Allah), and prays.
But no! You (humans) prefer the life of this world;
While the Hereafter is better and more lasting.
Verily! This is in the former Scriptures (unaltered Thorah and Bible)
The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses).
