One of the biggest challenges your people face today is fighting temptation especially when it comes to the opposite gender. 

What can we learn from Yusuf (AS) because he faced this situation when he was seduced. She was throwing herself at him, she bolted and locked the doors so he couldn’t go anywhere. She made sure that no one could come in and disturb them. This made the situation even more difficult. 

How did Yusuf deal with it? He asks for help from Allah. He asks for refuge. No one can see him at that time. No one can get to him. Only Allah can help him. So when you are fighting temptation, you must remind yourself of Allah. Allah can see you even if no one else can. That is the way out of sin.
