When we go into the position of sujood we are asked to make dua. This is the closest position we are in to Allah.

Whenever you are sad and feeling anxious and whenever there is uncertainty in your life, one of the best ways of benefitting yourself is to pray. Do two units of prayer and prolong the sujood.
