What is the permissibility of opening two different jumma at mosque at the same place near to each other?

A:

In the Name of Allah, the All-Merciful, the Mercy-Giving.

All praise is due to Allah. Peace and blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad.

It is undesirable to make two jama`ah (congregational prayers) at the same time in the same place, for this sows the seeds of division and schism. Those who initiate a second jama`ah in the presence of the first one will be sinful, if they intend thereby to bring about mischief; though their prayer is still valid. But if they initiate it only because they are unmindful of the first one, they are not blamable.
