Hello is it haram to get a male private part enlarged by having surgery

All praise is due to Allah. Peace and blessings be upon His Messenger Muhammad.

If the penis size is really abnormal based on medical examination, then it is permissible to undergo a medical surgery to fix the problem and restore the normal size. This surgery, thus, is not permissible if one’s penis size is normal and he just wants to enlarge it. In many cases, men who think this way suffer from penile dysmorphophobia.
