In the first and second rakahs of prayer, we recite the Fatihah and another surah. Do the surahs we recite after the Fatihah have to in the correct order of the Quran?

In this fatwa:
During prayer, it is recommended not mandatory that the surah that we recite in the first rak`ah should precede the surah that we recite in the second rak`ah.
