Does carrying impurities in medical bags invalidate prayer?

Answering your question, The Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America, states:
The patient who, due to medical treatment, is required to use medical bags to contain discharge from the front or rear private parts must remove them before prayer, undo them, and cleanse the outlet if able. The obligation to do so is lifted in cases of inability or hardship.
